  • Our 3 rate categories offer varying levels of support and flexibility on changing your booking as per below:

    Non-refundable: This booking is not eligible for refund or changes. Full prepayment will be taken at time of booking so please ensure you are certain of your dates and choice of hotel when booking this rate.

    Semi-Flexible: This booking offers free cancellation up until 7 days prior to arrival. If cancelled outside of the cancellation window, a 1 night charge will apply. Any cancellations within less than 24 hours of arrival will be charged the full value of their reservation.

    Fully Flexible: This booking offers free cancellation up until 48 hours before arrival. If cancelled outside of the cancellation window, a 1 night charge will apply. Any cancellations within less than 24 hours of arrival will be charged the full value of their reservation.

  • Piccadilly Circus Tube Station is outside the hotel entrance / front door.

    Leicester Square Tube Station is a 3 minute walk from the hotel entrance.

  • Here are the directions from London's major airports to the Zedwell Hotel at Piccadilly Circus:

    Heathrow Airport (LHR): The easiest way is to take the Piccadilly Line on the London Underground ("The Tube"). We are linked directly to and from Heathrow Airport via the Piccadilly line, providing a fast and convenient door-to-door underground link.

    Gatwick Airport (LGW): Take the Gatwick Express train to Victoria station. From Victoria station, you can take the Victoria Line on the Tube to Green Park station, and then switch to the Piccadilly Line to reach Piccadilly Circus station.

    Stansted Airport (STN): The quickest way is to take the Stansted Express train to Tottenham Hale station. From Tottenham Hale station, take the Central Line on the Tube to Oxford Circus station, and then switch to the Bakerloo Line to reach Piccadilly Circus station.

    Luton Airport (LTN): Take a shuttle bus to Luton Airport Parkway train station. From there, take a train to St Pancras station. From St Pancras station, walk to Kings Cross Station and take the Piccadilly Line to reach Piccadilly Circus station.

    London City Airport (LCY): Take the Docklands Light Railway (DLR) from the airport to Canning Town. From Canning Town, take the Jubilee Line on the Tube to Waterloo, and then switch to the Bakerloo line to reach Piccadilly Circus station.

  • Our quiet cosy Cocoons are built with natural oak and situated in the world-famous Trocadero building in London’s Piccadilly Circus. The rooms are window free to shut out the outside world, with filtered air and gentle lighting for your sleep and wellbeing. There are no distractions in the bedrooms such as televisions or radios to keep you from sleeping, but we’re giving you unlimited Wi-Fi access if you require your fix of technology.

  • Our early check-in policy is as follows:

    Check-in time starts at 3pm.
    Check-out time is at 10am.

    Early check-in is possible for an additional fee.

    Fees vary depending on the time of early check-in:

    £60 for check-in before 12pm.

    £40 for check-in between 12pm and 3pm.

    Early check-in is subject to availability and charged per room.

    Late checkout fees is applicable as below.

    £50 for late check-out up to 12pm.
    £80 for late check-out up to 2pm.
    Full night’s rate is charged after 2pm.

  • At Zedwell, the wellbeing of our guests and respect for the environment are important to us. As we are move forward with the go green initiative, your cocoons are given a full cleaning every 4 days.

  • If you'd like your room cleaned during your stay with us, just let us know at reception. Additional charges applies to compensate our cleaners and offset the environmental effect of cleaning.

  • We have vending machines on the ground floor.

  • The reception offers hair dryers and irons for rent at a £10 (not a deposit).

  • Of course, leave your belongings with us. There is a charge of £15 per piece to use these secure facilities situated near reception.

  • Yes, the gym and studio are open (from 6:30am - 8:30pm Mon-Fri and 7am - 1pm Sat-Sun) for Personal Training and Fitness Classes. Resident Guests can join for a fee of £10. Get refreshments for your workout at Shaman Coffee lounge.

  • Piccadilly Circus and Leicester Square have some of the best restaurants, rooftop bars, cafes and fast-food places in London, everything you need on your doorstep.

  • Absolutely, 24/7 round the clock.

  • Definitely, and you can have as many devices connected as you wish.

  • Our reception has a food delivery drop-off point for all of your Amazon, Uber and Deliveroo orders.

  • This is not permitted, not in the hotel, bedrooms, or balconies. A charge of £200 will be made in the event evidence of smoking is found.

  • British nationals and UK residents can check in by using any government approved photo ID.

  • All foreign nationals are required to upload their passport copy online. Please check your email for secure check in link to upload the passport.

  • Your safety is important to us. Please familiarise yourself with the fire exits and evacuation procedures located in your room and throughout the hotel. In the event of a fire, please follow the instructions of the hotel Team. Fire alarms are tested at 11.30am weekly on Mondays.

    All groups of 10+ rooms must be contracted as per our terms and conditions.

    If you book online then we can only guarantee rates for the first 10 rooms.

    Zedwell hotels reserves the right to cancel your booking if terms and conditions are not accepted.

  • In the unlikely event of not being able to accommodate your booking, we will upgrade you to one of our sister hotels, subject to availability. If you are not satisfied with the proposed arrangement, we will offer a full refund. If we are unable to relocate you, we will provide a full refund processed within 7 days.

    If you have booked to stay in one of our sister hotels at a flexible rate and show up at an alternate hotel in the portfolio, our team will try their best to accommodate the change subject to availability. Hotel changes are subject to charges based on the difference in rate between when you booked, and the best available rate on the day of arrival, as well as a £50 admin fee associated with the last minute change.
